According to Mal. Muhammad Baba Ibrahim, the Executive Chairman of NSUBEB, the primary goal of this initiative is to equip children with essential skills that complement their classroom learning. He emphasized the importance of logical argumentation in achieving success in life, stating that whatever endeavor one is doing in life depends on the logic of argument.
This endeavor aligns with the New Niger Agenda, which aims to elevate the state's education sector. The chairman highlighted the significance of basic education, calling it the foundation upon which all future development is built. He encouraged the students to excel academically, emphasizing that their future contributions to the state depend on their current academic achievements.
Niger SUBEB has always demonstrated its commitment to providing quality education and empowering young Nigerlites to reach their full potential. Chanchaga Local Government emerged the overall winner followed by Agaie as the first runner up, and Kontagora Local Government clinched the third runner up. Niger State will be participating in the National debate championship later in the month of November,in Abuja.
The highlight of the event is a goodwill message from the Director General Schools reform Niger State, Hajiya Maimuna Mohammed, and presentation of trophies to the winners.
