REQUIREMENT FOR ADMISSION INTO UBEC MODEL SMART SCHOOL
ECCDE/Pre – Primary admission requirement
1.Children must have attained the age of 3 - 5 years by 1st September of the enrolment year, Evidence should be presented as a birth certificate or official declaration of age
2.Immunization certificate
3.Medical fitness certificate
Primary 1 admission requirement
1.Children must have attained the age of 6 years by 1st September of the enrolment year, to be admitted into primary 1. There will not be admission for primary 2, 3, 4 and 5.

3.Evidence of last result.
4.Medical fitness certificate
JSS 1 admission requirement
1.Children must have attained the age of 12 years by 1st September of the enrolment year to be admitted into JSS 1. There will not be admission for JSS 2 and 3 .
2.presentation of birth certificate or official declaration of age.
3.A Copy of common entrance result or primary school testimonial
4.Medical fitness certificate.
The Parent/Guardian is expected to:
Fill out the application form for your child/ward and ensure there are no errors.
Provide supporting documents for your child/ward’s admission into the UBEC Smart School.
Present your child/ward on the day of the competency test on time.
Write an acceptance letter in the case of a successful application by your ward/child
